This video shows contractors are applying a Polyester Polymer Concrete Overlay (PPC) to sections of the Pulaski bridge deck in New Jersey. The PPC overlay smooths out the panel joints and prevents the decks from salt corrosion, reducing long-term maintenance costs and providing a smooth riding surface.
