Summary
This bridge deck rehabilitation for MontanaDOT used our PPC 1121, an engineered composite polyester polymer concrete overlay system that can rehabilitate ride defects. PPC 1121 also seals out moisture, oxygen, and chloride ions from permeating into the deck, and the return to traffic can be as early as two hours (based on the thickness of the overlay) at temperatures down to 40°F.
